With WeBC SMART Programs, you can expand your knowledge on topics like HR, Financial Fitness and Strategic Marketing through self-paced learning, plus gain wrap-around support through advisory services and resiliency training. Their new On-Demand Learning Platform is designed to help you understand key concepts, work through interactive case studies and complete activities that apply the learning to your own business.SMART PROGRAMS
These resources are grant funded and available to anyone across Canada.

- Strategic Marketing: Build a Marketing Plan for Your Small Business
These are FREE, self-paced programs designed to give women the foundational skills they need to run and grow their business. They were created by adult educators with input from our Business Advisors, so they address many of the key knowledge gaps that our advisors encounter with clients.
FIRESIDE CHATS
WeBC has also just launched Fireside Chats: free virtual sessions that explore different aspects of scaling a business by sharing the growth journeys, knowledge and experiences of BC women. They’re open to everyone across Canada and are offered with simultaneous French translation.
