Okanagan College's new Centre for Food, Wine and Tourism will include modern teaching spaces, food labs, beverage research facilities, the Okanagan Chef School, a professional training restaurant, and a 3,100 square foot conference centre. Professional foodservice consulting firm fsSTRATEGY has been retained by Okanagan College to conduct research and prepare recommendations with respect to the programmatic themes for this dynamic new educational Centre.
Who: Tourism, Culinary, & Viniculture
Organizations in the Okanagan Valley in tourism, culinary, viniculture and related industries are asked to provide their thoughts on programming that would support their needs as employers. The fsSTRATEGY team would like to connect with people responsible for recruiting employees to talk about the types of positions your organizations hire, the skill-sets those positions require, and identify relevant skills and knowledge required by employers.
