Kelowna: The Kelowna Chamber is opening public ticket sales at 9:00 a.m Wednesday March 12 for its popular golf tournament slated for Wednesday May 28 at the Harvest Golf Club. 2025 marks the Chamber’s 40th annual golf event, and members and golfers keenly anticipate the event every spring. The tourney is presented by long-time tournament supporter, Canco Petroleum.
“We know we may sell out this week,” said Chamber Director of Operations Colleen Clark, in making the announcement. “We’ve had a great time over the winter, signing up long-standing sponsors and a few new faces. We have some great surprises tucked away in our golf bags for our members and players – approximately 150 of them – and as always, we wrap up the networking sports event with a banquet that evening.”
“The UBCO Heat golf team will be onsite to help golfers with some of their long drives, we’ll have a charity 50/50 for YMCA Southern Interior and more – lots more – to augment everyone’s efforts to meet some new business contacts, to have some fun, and to work on their game early in the season. Our volunteers and our staff can’t wait to get underway.”
There is $40,000 cash to be won at the course’s hole-in-ones. In addition, $5,000 worth of prizes is on offer for all golfers playing the course on the day.
Golfers will have to act fast: the tournament often sells out in a matter of hours of sales opening.
