Kelowna Chamber of Commerce Past President Bruce Dionne (1992) passed away on July 8, 2024. Bruce served on the Chamber Board for five years, and was a Director of the BC Chamber. His term on the Kelowna Chamber Board overlapped that of the late Marion Bremner (1985), the Chamber's first woman President.
Paul Mitchell (Past President 1988) of Pushor Mitchell said, “He was an awesome guy and worked so hard at the Chamber.” Frank Bechard (Past President 1990), also expressed sadness on hearing of Dionne’s death, saying “He was a very nice person.”
