The study will measure key economic outputs of the tech sector, including jobs, revenue, and investment, while also exploring the deeper challenges and opportunities faced by business owners in the Okanagan. Accelerate Okanagan(AO) has contracted KPMG to conduct the study.
AO is asking tech companies located in the Okanagan Similkameen, the Central Okanagan, the North Okanagan, and a portion of the Columbia-Shuswap region (see red highlighted areas in the map below) to take 20 minutes to fill in the survey. The final public report will be published in the fall of 2024. AO and KPMG will keep all information submitted strictly confidential. Data will be de-identified and only shared publicly in aggregate form.
Learn more by reading the Economic Impact Study webpage and FAQ. Submissions are due June 30.
